One-to-One and Group Personal Training
Lee Smith can provide personal training to suit your individual requirements. Personal training sessions can either be arranged on a "one to one" basis or in small groups.
Whatever your age or current state of health and fitness, Lee can devise a suitable programme (taking in to account any medical conditions that you may have).
After initial assessments (body fat percentage, blood pressure, fitness testing where required) a personal exercise programme that meets your requirements will be constructed. During the personal training sessions you will be taught the correct techniques to safely and efficiently set us on the road to achieving your goals.
